We found our rhythm

We’re going on our 3rd week of school and I believe we have found our rhythm. The boys work on their Language Arts, Reading, Math and Spelling while I work with Jorja. Her school day is pretty easy and she is so eager each day to start school.

Each week we’ve been doing a science experiment and our first week I took a picture of the end result. It was all about chemical reactions. This is what happens when you add a little vinegar to warm milk.

We made plastic!!

At our other home we had desks for the kids, but this time we just work at the kitchen table.

We are graced with princesses at school all the time and here lately a southern belle.

Jorja loves that I will let her dress up and do school at the same time.

Next week we will be meeting our homeschool group for the 1st time. We were suppose to meet them last week, but our van was in the shop. We will be taking a class at Mammoth Cave. The kids are excited to go.
